Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026 (draft)
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what choices you have. It describes how the website actually works today.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Creatimus LLC, based in Houston, Texas, United States. You can contact us at [email protected] or +1 (719) 621-6500.
Pending review Registered address and any data-protection contact to be confirmed.
2. Information you give us
When you use the contact form we ask for your name and work email, and optionally your company, company size, the topic of your enquiry and a message. If you use the proof of concept brief tool and choose to include it, the brief text is added to your message.
You must tick a consent box before the form can be submitted. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it.
3. How the contact form is processed
When the form is connected to our email or customer-management provider, your message is sent to Creatimus through that provider. If the form is not connected, it tells you so, does not store your message, and shows you our email address and phone number instead.
Pending review Name the email or CRM provider once selected, where it stores data, and how long enquiries are kept.
4. Information stored in your browser
The website remembers whether you chose the Cinematic or Direct experience (stored in your browser's local storage) and whether you have already seen the introduction animation in the current session (session storage). This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Tools such as the AI Opportunity Checklist and the proof of concept brief run entirely in your browser and do not send your answers anywhere.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and serves its fonts from our own server.
Pending review Update this section before adding any analytics or tracking.
6. Server logs
Like most websites, the servers that host this site may record technical information such as IP addresses and requested pages for security and operation.
Pending review Confirm the hosting provider, what it logs and the retention period.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website and respond to you, or when required by law.
Pending review List service providers once selected.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for follow-up, by emailing [email protected].
Pending review Confirm which privacy laws apply (for example state privacy laws or, for international visitors, other regimes) and the response process.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
